Massolino Barbera D’Alba

The history of the Massolino family and their wine became entwined with the history of Serralunga d'Alba in 1886, when Giovanni Massolino founded the estate. Today, this historical estate is helmed by Franco and Roberto Massolino, who work with gifted winemaker Giovanni Angeli. The quality strides at this estate over the last decade or so and have been remarkable with significant advances, particularly in the vineyards. On a daily basis, the locals are more likely to enjoy a glass of delicious wine made from the Barbera grape. This wine is fresh and juicy loaded with of dark fruits, cured meats and floral spice.
