Jackson Estate 'Stich' Sauvignon Blanc

An inviting and classically varietal zesty and fruity nose: passion fruit, peach and lemon. There's a firmness on the palate from bright acidity and fresh herb flavours then grapefruit peel and tropical fruit to contrast. Balanced and well made, but needing some more time to settle.
