Domaine Servin 'Les Pargues' Chablis
Availability: | In stock (6) |
The family of Domaine Servin have been vineyard owners in northern Burgundy’s Chablis since 1654. It is because of this that they own great parcels on prime exposures. This single vineyard called 'Les Pargues', was once classified as a Premier Cru. But the vineyard was deserted in the 1920’s, losing its status. The Servin family took it over in the 80’s but due to French politics, it was never reinstated. Old vines and unique limestone soil, result in a classic Chablis freshness and minerality showcasing green apple, lemon, white flowers and flinty stone.
