Over two-thirds of the wine produced in the Rhone falls under the Cotes du Rhone appellation. If one looks carefully enough, wines of very high quality can easily be found. The Canto family has run this Domaine for over three generations. This wine is a blend of mostly Grenache with some Syrah and Mourvedre. It carries a great mix of raspberry jam and purple plum alongside black pepper, sage and balsamic. It’s extremely fresh and juicy with soft tannins.
