Chante Cigale 'Cicada' Red

The Cicada takes its name from the emblem of the Domaine - Chante Cigale – the famed ‘singing cicadas’ of Provence. The actual Domaine is located in the Rhone Valley. However, all the fruit for this beauty is sourced from vineyards they own in the south of France. For this, the wine is rated as a Vin de Pays because they ‘re venturing outside of the Rhone. It’s a blend of mostly Grenache with a touch of Carignan. Fresh raspberry jam mixed with licorice and a touch of foxy spice.
